Director Ram Gopal Varma posted a still from his new film Rakta Charitra on Twitter, and inadvertently caused a furore. The still shows Vivek Oberoi having an unknown actor's head tonsured.Based on real life? Fans of actor Chiranjeevi and his brother Pawan Kalyan have been gunning for the director. Apparently the sequence replicates a real-life incident where the outlawed messiah Paritala Ravi (whom Vivek Oberoi plays) kidnapped Kalyan and tonsured him.Ramu has denied this, but following the uproar of outrage by fans of Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, he apparently rushed to Hyderabad on Thursday to pacify Chiranjeevi and has made an offer to cut the scene.
