The Rajiv Gandhi Foundation was established on June 21, 1991.
Gujarat was recognised the state with the most economic freedom by the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. The foundation is headed by Sonia Gandhi, who is the leader of the Indian National Congress Party. [1]
