EVV was a great disciple of legendary Jandhyala and made his debut with Chevilo Puvvu film. He got his first break as a director with Prema Khaidi. From then on there is no stopping back EVV Satyanarayana. He delivered a series of super hits with almost all the top heroes of Telugu cinema. He was regarded as one of the star directors of Tollywood at one stage.

Appula Apparao, Intlo Illalu Vantintlo Priyuralu, Varasudu, Hello Brother, Aa Okkati Adakku, Evandi Avida Vachindi, Alluda Majaka, Chala Bagundi, Kitakitalu etc. are only a few among EVV’s , Popular Telugu film director and producer EVV Satyanarayana died on Friday night at Hyderabad. He was suffering from throat cancer and was admitted into hospital where he breathed his last. EVV’s last film was Kathi Kantha Rao that was released in December and did well at the box office.

He has the most enviable track record and success rate as a director among his era. EVV Satyanarayana is the only veteran who entertained audience of this generation and delivered hits. His younger son Allari Naresh has turned out to be a good comedy hero and hus elder son Aryan Rajesh failed to live up to EVV’s expectations.
