The 2010 Commonwealth Games medal table is a list of nations ranked by the medals won by their athletes during the multi-sport event, held in New Delhi, India, from 3 October to 14 October 2010. The Commonwealth Games Associations are ranked by number of gold medals first, with number of silver then bronze medals acting as the rank decider in the event of equal standing. Other alternative methods of ranking include listing by total medals.

Approximately 6081 athletes from 71 nations are participated in 17 sports. Australia again topped the medal tally for the sixth consecutive time with 74 golds and 177 medals overall. Host nation India finished second in the table for the very first time in Commonwealth Games history[1] with a tally of 38 golds and 101 medals overall.Botswana, the Cayman Islands and Samoa won their first ever Commonwealth games gold medals.[2][3][4][5] Australian swimmer Alicia Coutts emerged as the most successful athlete with five gold medals.[citation needed]
