Chunky Knits
Texture is huge this season, especially tweed texture trench coat, and details show the intricacies of style — and take the drab right out of winter.

Over the Knee Boots
the thigh-high boots could possibly be the season’s must have item. This is a fashion trend we just can’t get away from for this winter.whether you go for something wild like these hot pink super-high suede boots or a more classic black, you will happy to wear these anywhere.Consider pairing them with a mini and colored or patterned tights.Of course, you can try more style by different material boots, such as knit boots, sheep skin boots, cardy boots and others.
Hot Color Shawl and Scarf
“In this current retail climate, thoughtful and creative uses of color are that much more important. Now more than ever, designers need to come up with new ways to attract the consumer’s attention,” says Laurie Pressman, vice president of fashion, home and interiors at Pantone.

So You can wear a hot color shawl or scarf to break the winter silence.

To make your wardrobe last for the next season or so, consider your color choices carefully. According to the winter 2010 color trend report from Pantone (one of the major color trend predictors for designers), there’s a major return to classic camel, as well as menswear-inspired gray and black. These muted tones are a great neutral backdrop that you can dress up with seasonally inspired accessories.

Why Civilian Bloggers Can Sit Besides She-Devil
Written by admin on 18 October 2010

Compared with walking show on stage of models, it seems that more gossips or entertainment are connected with first row of fashion shows.

The first row of show, for which who are fighting
Chief editor, American version of VOGUE, Anna Wintour who has been called She-Devil would be showing with an unchangeable sexy bobo and thin legs crossed as a landmark, and some brands could not dare to open the show without her. Taking her as a sign, who have been holding the first row, who have been closing to her, which has become a concerned topic. While for some medias struggled in fashion field, they would have satisfactory feelings when seeing their position moving forwards every year.

Position decides the seats
This year I have seen more than 10 fashion shows, actually seats are of no big differences, the key is the scale of brand show. Take Chanel as an example, it arranged the seats by region of continents, such as Asia-Pacific is a big region, and medias and VIP guests would also be divided. And what is worthy is that, Japan has been independent of Asia-Pacific, almost all shows would give Japan a special treat with another region, which means Japan has a strong market position.
A Senior fashion clothes editor of ELLE could not remember her exact position in Channel show, “I remember there are a few rows behind me, generally speaking, in big show, chief editors of magazine would sit on first row, chief supervisor would be on second or third row, senior editors for fashion clothes would be on fourth or fifth row, such as me, and ordinary editors would be behind, and thus we can guess that Hilary Alexander of The Daily Telegraph and Franca Sozzani of Vogue Italia were sitting on first row.

Why civilian bloggers can rise suddenly
In fact what shocked me is that in the last Milan Fashion Show, there were bloggers of street shot and fashion clothes sitting on first row of D&G and Dolce&Gabbana, they are Scott Schuman、Garance Dore of the Sartorialist, Tommy Ton, Bryan Bay of Tommy Ton. And what made me gloomy is that one of them even sit besides She-Devil, and another side of She-Devil are also sitting important persons, which is the overturn of first row rule.

“Actually existence of first row is for capture effect, who is more popular, who would be invited.” an insider said, “at present these famous bloggers have high click rate, some of which would be surpassing circulation of magazines, from advertisement effects, it would be proper to invite them for first row, and what is more, the break-through move itself can attract focus of flash bulbs.”

Lebanese Designers Step in Paris Fashion Week
Written by admin on 30 September 2010

When French clothing companies are increasingly unable to meet the demand of luxury clothing market, the Lebanese designers impress us a lot through their red carpet show. Givenchy has particularly introduced several Lebanese designers in the Fashion Week, and designers including Elie Saab, Basil Soda, Georges Hobeika and Rabih Kayrouz all bring us wonderful show. In fact, only Elie Saab and Rabih Kayrouz are invited as official representatives, while several other designers bring an informal performance.

In addition, Chanel, Dior, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Giorgio Armani and Valentino are also invited to display their autumn and winter series of 2011. Naturally, many Lebanese designers want to develop their career in Paris. Basil Soda said in an interview with Agence France Presse that Paris is the mother of Lebanese designers, and we are deeply influenced by Paris culture. Although Lebanese designers are deeply influenced by Paris culture, Soda, Chakra and Saab has already expanded its customers to the whole world, especially the trans-Atlantic customers. Last month, Sweden’s Princess had worn the clothes designed by Elie Saab for two times in her wedding ceremony. Stars and celebrities like Emily Blunt, Sandra Bullock, Kate Perry, Scarlett Johannsson, and Helen Mirren choose invariably Lebanese designers’ clothing in their Red Carpet Show.

Through continuous improvement of his own design ideas and processes, strengthening self-requirement, Georges Chakra has made up his deficiencies in the past five years and won the respect of his colleagues. Georges Chakra, inspired by nature, find his design ideas in the endless veins of chiffon, tulle, yarn, silk and other silk goods by employing a collection of organic geometry. Through his wonderful imagination, he finally steps in the Fashion Council.

Georges Chakra’s designs employ a large number of luxurious decoration, such as gold, silver, velvet, etc. which is just the same as dance dress. Her screen goddesses are Rita Hayworth and Greta Garbo which also makes his design full of Hollywood style in 50s of the 20th century. He implants pearl sequins in cocktail dress and makes use of lotus leaf, folding scissors, flower and so on. His hue is mainly neutral, such as black, gray, white and so on. As for his structure, he prefers to emphasis the carful dealing with woman’s shoulder and waist. In an interview with Agence France Presse, Georges Chakra told AFP that he wanted to create a strong and confident feminine image. “They’ve been to many places, and give people a sense of mystery and inaccessible.”

2011 Spring/Summer Fashion Week
Written by admin on 28 September 2010

The excitement surrounding the Spring/Summer 2011 shows was palpable and the season’s work turned out to be far more ambitious and adventurous than those that had come before.
This season is Fall/Winter 2011,but one day we’ll let next season start before we began looking beyond it.We’re already looking beyond it to Spring/Summer 2011.We glad to present you the latest trends in fashion industry, latest collections and all about fashion of season 2011.
The Versace Theatre in the Piazza Vetra had been laid to grass like a playground, decorated with swings,a slide,a roundabout and a climbing frame.

versace-20102011-fashion-week-milan

The collection was a fun and funky riff on Kane’s own Glaswegian roots, mixed with the body-con silhouette versus the flirty, short skirt theme he has made a signature at London Fashion Week.
Clashing plaids in yellow/red and blue/red encased the body in skinny trouser suits, or in tightly-wrapped, over-the-knee dresses, or spilt out in short, godet-mini skirts, with bra-tops. The clash of the tartans went further, when blue and yellow miniature floral prints were added to the mix, as in an off-the-shoulder wrap or waist basque on a curvy, fitted dress, or were used to fill in the godets on swingy little skirts, with apron details, and strapless bodices, with a stretch-mesh and plaid cardigan over the shoulders.
Several key trends stood out amongst the S/S11 shows. The first of these was a clever new take on colour blocking, where the main base colour of choice was tan and nude or for others (such as Nicole Farhi) midnight blues and sea greens. These base colours were then accented with neon hues, which, when done successfully, produced striking effects.

Many designers seemed to be using lime, a staple colour carried forward from last spring-summer, in addition to the colour of the season, canary yellow. Christopher Kane took the neon trend even further, using laser-cut leather to jazz up his neon outfits. Others such as Maria Grachvogel and Emilio de la Morena showed infinitely more wearable ways of following the trend, Grachvogel with a canary yellow silk top tucked into nude, high waisted trousers and de la Morena by using triangular patchwork like colour flashes.

8 Spray Tanning Tips for Beauty Care Tips
Written by admin on 21 September 2010

With the recent surge in the popularity of tanning, many people are flocking to salons to use tanning booths or beds to build and maintain a healthy tan, but some people are still leery of the effects of ultraviolet light, and other people simply cannot afford to pay for tanning sessions due to the high price.

One of the best alternatives to indoor tanning is sunless tanning, which offers a realistic looking tan from a bottle. These products come in cream, gel, or spray-on form, and there are benefits and drawbacks to each. If you choose spray-on sunless tanning, a number of things can be done to improve the results. You can have your tan sprayed on at a tanning salon, or you can apply it yourself.

Whichever option you choose, here are a few tips for spray tanning, to make sure the application goes smoothly.

1.Exfoliate – All the self-tanner in the world will do you no good if it attaches itself to dead skin that is about to come off your body! Use a loofah sponge in the bath the night before you self-tan to remove these dead skin cells.

2.Moisturize – Applying a good moisturizer a few hours before you self tan is a great way to make sure your skin is ready to accept the self-tanner.

3.Choose your clothes carefully – You should pick clothes that cover all the parts you do not wish to tan. Self-tanning nude is not recommended for newcomers, because the results can be unpredictable. Make sure you select tight fitting clothes so that the self-tanner cannot go under your sleeves. You should also choose dark colored clothes, since spray tanners will stain light clothes.

4.Use gloves – Nobody looks good with orange palms, so when you spray tanner on your hands in order to tan your face, don a pair of latex gloves to prevent stains.

5.If you are going to a tanning salon, follow the instructions! Self-tanning booths typically have a handout, so read up, and make sure you know what to do!

6.BLOT – After applying your spray tan, you will need to blot your skin with a towel to catch any drips.

7.Stand still – Standing still for about 30 seconds after a self-tanning booth application will ensure that your tan dries evenly. While it may take a lot longer to dry completely, the first minute or more is when you run a real risk of rubbing off the self-tanner before it has a chance to work.

8.Protect your feet – Because they typically get less sun than the rest of you, your feet are paler and may get dark faster. If you are spraying yourself, go lightly on the feet. If you are using a booth, use the paper booties (usually offered by staff) to protect your feet and apply a self-tanner later on to ensure you get the right shade.

Black is the Eternal Fashion
Written by admin on 19 September 2010

Although the media, the fashion designer, or the stars allege all the time that this season others colors will be in vogue, such red, yellow, purple…We can see that black is still the fashion theme which never changed. More dress in black can be seen in any season, and then becoming the main color on the streets. When you look back, the magazine editors, the fashion designer, or the stars who cry up other colors are all present by black.

So which color could replace the black in the state of fashion? The answer speaks for itself. Let us see how the “black dress faction” occupies the entire world , and how they make the black have its own soul.

In the fashion area, the vigor is very important. The black coat could make you have a disdainful air and becomes the focus of people. The black leather with both leisure and wildness could indicate your special style only with a simple T-shirt and jeans. It is an excellent idea that using the single black dress to arrange in pairs or groups. The mixed coordination by three clothing is a common wearing, the jacket with rivets and the underwear of the same color indicate a luxuriant levels by sight.

Black is important for the gentlemen too. The black dust coat and black trousers incarnate the composed and calm nature in you. If afraid of the blankness, you could add a little change in your black.

The black accessories also help you bring the crucial point out. Such as the black rhombic bags, black wool amice, black top boots, even the black hair, could not only match the whole coordination but also show your uncommon and different style, and at the same time follow the fashion tightly.

Black is a classic color and eternal color, it is make people feel peace and make people thinking. The nature of black roots in the pure character itself, the strong nonfigurative expressive force is beyond other colors. Tenderness of Silk Scarves
Written by admin on 14 September 2010

The earth seems to be within a stone’s throw from the paradise, but is actually considerably far from that. With the small size of silk fabric randomly beingtwined over your body giving off luring tenderness, you are just not far from the splendor exclusive to the paradise.

Elizabeth Tailor once said: “Women without wearing silk scarves are women without future.” Audrey Hepburn said, “When I wear a silk scarf, Inever have such a distinct feeling that I am a female, a charming female.” Yet, the time when she tied a silk scarf around her neck unconsciously while standing at the high step of Roman Cathedral, her charm radiated instantly and shined along the brisk sunshine, with the entire world thriving with spring vigor.

When the silk scarf extends its original definition as just silk fabric to a kind of emerging fashion, we can definitely claim that this is the supreme meaning of silk scarf: beauty lies beneath constant changes and eternity is latent in stunning beauty.

After being handcrafted, woven, printed and dyed, even the most ordinary silk fabric can turn into a silk scarf with various patterns, no longer just a scarf for decoration, but a piece of delicate artwork.

Adorable ladies always have elaborative ideas to tie silk scarves in innovative ways and manage to highlight the unique fascinating fashion of scarves, which in turn add great changes and beauty to apparel. On occasion of entertainment, elegance and dignity ooze easily with your silk scarf tied in a pattern of floral knot over your chest. On formal occasion, if you hang the large silk scarf over your shoulder, all your tender grace and magnificence stand out. And on leisure occasion, gorgeous floral silk scarf tied around your neck can naturally add kind of flowing and fluttering effect to you.

With constant infusion of delicate mind, ladies can even make romantic and exquisite upper garment or graceful long skirt out of silk scarves. They can also amazingly transform these silk scarves into shawl, hair ornaments and waist bands or even ingeniously take these silk scarves as decorations of

light handbags, waist bags, hats or leather bags. The unique and distinctive elegant demeanor of silk scarves will create you a splendid flowing landscape which can attract endless attention.

Silk scarf can help play a resplendent melody in summer, soothing the fickleness and overwhelming sizzard.

Silk scarf seems to be an intimate lover and whenever you need her, she will do her utmost to turn you into a totally feminine lady full of tenderness.

The artistic charm condensed in silk scarves can rival that of jewel and paintings. However, if you see the silk scarf from a distance, it is nothing but a piece of beautiful cloth. If you smartly assort silk scarf with your apparel or other accessories, you will manage to make the finishing point by giving full play to the color effects of silk scarf.

Different ways of tying or wearing silk scarves can bring out different adornment effects and highlight the feminine charm to the full extent.
