MUNI THE BOSS

The rumour of the 25-year-old Tollywood heartthrob Ram Charan Teja’s marriage spread like wild fire down south. But it’s all hogwash, says Chiranjeevi’s son who is quite young and fresh in the industry and has just one hit Magadheera to the credit.

“There have been baseless rumours about me and my engagement, all FALSE! Anything like this in my life would be openly done,” Ram tweeted using the actor Daggubati Rana’s account. Yesterday media was abuzz with reports of Ram’s marriage to Upasana Kamineni, granddaughter Dr Pratap C Reddy, chairman of Apollo Group of Hospitals.

Ram admits that he is friends with Upasana but a decision like marriage depends mainly on his parents. Upasana, who is just 22, is also actively involved in the hospital group as vice-president of Apollo Charities and editor of B Positive.

However, Chiranjeevi hasn’t commented anything on the rumours which set many tongues wagging.
