Frustration Indicate? Has chief minister K Rosaiah , A.P (C.M) 2010
Has chief minister K Rosaiah got the inkling that he might have to step down from the post very soon?
One has got this doubt after seeing his frustrated mood at Puttaparthi in Anantapur district, where he attended the birthday celebrations of Bhagwan Satya Sai Baba along with Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. As he landed at the Puttaparthi airport, he was gheraoed by agitated Congress workers supporting Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy. They demanded that Rosaiah withdraw his remarks against Sakshi daily and Jaganmohan Reddy. The Congress workers were also angry for not being allowed into the function.
Rosaiah, who was already in a disturbed mood with the latest political developments threatened to quit the chief minister post. “What do you want me to do? If you want me to submit resignation letter, I will do it,” he said angrily.
Apparently, he got the call from high command by that time asking him to come to Delhi. And he is mentally prepared to step down. If the high command by any chance asks Rosaiah to continue in the post, he wants to see permission from Sonia to totally reshuffle the cabinet so that he can have his own team.
