As the motion was carried, the suspended members walked out of the House. To add to the chaos, Congress MLAs loyal to the rebel leader, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, were on their feet on the fee reimbursement issue, embarrassing the government further.

Proceedings of the House were adjourned at least three times this morning before the Budget presentation was finally resumed.
